I’m back

I’ve been really bad about posting. I’ll try to get back to normal.

Whew, that was a pretty crazy couple of weeks. Way to many buffets, they will probably be the end of me some day. I ate more food in those 2 weeks than I did in the 4 months leading up to it.

I made a couple of New Year’s resolutions. First off, I want to cut down on artificial sweeteners and to jump start that I’ve cut out diet sodas completely for the time being. I don’t know how long I can last but I’m shooting for at least a month. No more Sweet-N-Low, Slenda or Equal.

I also want to get back down to 175 by Janruary 31st. On top of that though I resolve to workout every single day (aside from snowboarding). I really need to work on my upper body, my arms and pecs have gotten pretty weak.

Those are pretty typical resolutions but whatever. What are some of yours?
